Håkon has spent over 15 years working across every stage of the innovation cycle: from strategic foresight and trend analysis, through structured learning and capacity building, to turning insight into action through EU funded projects and international partnerships.
One piece was always missing: getting the right intelligence to the right people, at the right time. The amplification layer. That conviction led to VoiceSport, an independent platform built to deliver sharp, accessible sector intelligence to the professionals shaping Europe's sport future.
A member of the Norsk Journalistforbund, Håkon serves as the editorial voice behind the platform's analysis, commentary and reporting.

Gamze leads VoiceSport's editorial operations and research output. With a background in EU project management and strategic communications, she brings hands on experience in navigating European funding frameworks and stakeholder ecosystems.
She directs the platform's content strategy and editorial calendar, and authors sectoral foresight reports that translate complex market signals into clear, actionable intelligence for sport sector professionals.
